FAQ
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
What do you mean by handmade?
Handmade means that each product is individually crafted by hand, rather than mass-produced in a factory. We personally cut, sew, and assemble each item with attention to detail, ensuring high quality and unique craftsmanship in every piece.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each item is handmade, processing times vary. Most orders ship within 5-7 days business days.
Why do your handmade aprons cost more than mass-produced aprons?
Each apron takes approximately 2 hours of hands-on work to cut, sew, iron, finish, pack , and ship. Our prices reflect that time, the materials, and the care we put into each piece. We make our aprons individually in small quantities, and every purchase supports our family-owned business.
Why are quantities limited?
We’re a small, family-owned business, and each handmade apron takes time to create. We purchase fabric in limited quantities, so some colors and prints may only be available for a small number of aprons. Once a fabric sells out, we may not be able to offer that exact combination again.
What should I expect from a handmade apron?
Because each apron is individually measured, cut, and sewn, slight variations in stitching, seam alignment, and overall appearance may occur. These small imperfections are part of the handmade process and make each apron uniquely its own.
